Get healed & empowered to improve your health with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine comes from a system of medicine with over 2,500 years of clinical practice and research for diagnosing and treating disease, as well as promoting preventative care. This medicine recognizes the interconnectedness of the factors that impact your health, connects the dots across symptoms that seem unrelated to one another, and provides personalized care for your health concerns.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers a multi-faceted approach that is tailored towards your health goals and body. Alongside acupuncture and herbs, TCM encompasses a variety of therapies, such as: moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, tui na, qigong/meditation/exercise, and nutrition. This allows us to offer you comprehensive care, by offering the relevant therapies from this healthcare “toolkit” that best fits your needs during and outside of your treatment session.

Navigating the healthcare system while not feeling your best can be a frustrating and scary experience. It can also bring up grief and disappointment when your symptoms get in the way of you being able to do the things that you care about. We are here to help by working together to address your concerns with a holistic approach. Your treatment plan is informed by principles of Chinese medicine and based on TCM pattern diagnosis that takes into account the whole person: your main concern, medical history, review of systems, biopsychosocial and environmental factors, observation through tongue, pulse, palpation, etc. We not only address the surface level symptoms, but also target the root causes that led to your condition.
